How to Request a Refund and Cancel Your Order After Making the Purchase
- To cancel your order or remove items from it, please respond to the order confirmation email and specify which products and quantities you would like to remove. The refund process will begin on our end and typically takes 3-7 days to complete, depending on your bank. Once your cancellation and refund are processed, you will receive a confirmation email from our store.
- Please avoid sending direct messages on our Instagram, as they may get lost among the many messages we receive.

Missing and Incorrect Products
- We occasionally send out orders containing missing items or incorrect products. To address these issues, please contact us via email by responding to the order confirmation message. Kindly specify the product names and quantities of any missing items. We also request that you provide pictures or videos as evidence for expedited processing.
- Once we verify the missing item(s), we will arrange for their shipment at no additional cost. However, if the items are no longer in stock, we will need to cancel those items, and a refund will be initiated for the missing products from our end.
